I. Product Overview
The surface is made of explosion-proof aluminum bronze, and the interior uses the adsorption force of super-strong permanent magnets on steel containers. By operating the handle to control the magnetic flux on the working surface, it adheres to the magnetic metal surface with leaks, achieving compression and release between the tool and the leaking body. The profiling pressure plate is a thin plate placed between the magnetic pressure plugger body and the leak port, which can fill the gap between them, reduce magnetic resistance, and improve the distribution of plugging glue. After the rapid plugging glue is evenly mixed, it is piled toward the leak port, and at the same time, the magnetic handle is pulled to prevent the internal pressure liquid from flowing out, allowing time for the colloid to solidify. After the glue solidifies within a few minutes, the plugging is completed. The plugging glue and sealant can resist corrosion from water, oil, liquefied gas, 30% sulfuric acid, 30% hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and saturated sodium chloride solution.

Adopts high-performance magnetic materials, making it smaller in size, lighter in weight, and stronger in adsorption. Unique magnetic circuit design with almost zero residual magnetism. High safety factor, with the maximum pull-off force being 3.5 times the rated lifting force. The handle switch is equipped with a safety button, allowing one-handed operation, which is convenient and safe. No electricity is needed, and the magnetic force is permanently stable, ensuring safe use. Components containing permanent magnets do not lose magnetism at 80ºC.
